yes indeed. i've experienced it time and time again :)

i passed my driving test today!! by God's grace, i had the nicest tester (testified by my driving instructor). he was so nice that he kept telling me not to be nervous haha. during my directional change, i had the wisdom to judge that i would not be able to turn out in one sitting, hence i decided to reverse and move out again. my tester praised me for doing so and said that had i not done so, i would have definitely mounted the kerb and there goes my licence hee. then during parallel parking, i knocked into the pole but luckily it didn't fall. phew. and last of all, i was actually allocated route 6 which is so called the "killer route" because the area is supposedly very congested, making it difficult to change lanes within a short distance. but. my tester decided to change the route because the initial route was TOO congested. hahahaha. my route got shortened and the u-turn i had to do so happened to be the same as what i had practised in the morning before my test. and so i got my license. praise God :)

God has blessed me with a great cip group as well. full of funny and friendly people :)

i want to learn to stop being a "brandist"- judging things by its brand. though true that branding is important which is why firms all over the world are scrambling to brand their products. but isn't it tiring to always have to base your decisions on brands. there is also a possibility of an empty shell underneath that brand.

i want to learn to let go and leave things to God. aunt amy once said, " i believe firmly in something and that is, it doesn't matter what you do because as God's children, you will always be favoured upon abundantly." :)

If God is for me, who else can be against me :) :)

On a sidenote, the weather recently has been HOT HOT HOT. i have never spent so much drinks before. ice blended drinks to be exact. and i shall publicise my current love: azuki frapp by starbucks- coffee based. it's HEAVENLY :)

work :);

And so work ended officially on friday 29 june 2007. it's a day of mixed feelings. happy for the recovered freedom to do the things that i like; sad for the "dispersal" of the ey family. there are so many things that i'm going to miss: golden shoe, maxwell, name calling, office gossip and just plain suaning. it's so hard to come by co- workers who are of the same frequency as yourself and being able to laugh at jokes together but God has blessed me with it :)
