saturday was havocers' day(except bong who couldn't join us) and we were at the esplanade when we were approached by some people to write our wishes and messages for the new year. quite a cool idea right. we were so excited that we took one ball and used it all for ourselves so that it belonged to us. these balls will then be used as decorations and be put up during the new year countdown. refreshing idea isn't it? and so we reverted back to our childhood times and doodled on the ball :)

class gathering today at vivo before weilun enters the army tomorrow haha. i feel sad for them to have to enter the army yet at the same time, am thankful for having guys to protect us in times of crisis. well hopefully they really learn something solid inside there and are able to protect us in the real sense haha. anyway i think the army is a good experience as it gives guys a common memory to refer to though some guys will rather forgo that haha. it also makes guys grow to be more mature which i think they are seriously in need of! i guess the main reason guys oppose to entering the army should be because of the loss of their crowning glory huh haha. especially guys who treat their hair like treasure and love their hair more than they love money; example- droste.
after that tyunn and i went to queensway to get her bottles from ikea and my sneakers! yay bought them at a bargain of 20 bucks. luckily i decided not to get those that i saw at topshop which costs twice as much!
another busy day to come!

tiffanytan. are you calling me lucy?? for goodness sake. that is such an ugly name. why use such a name when i have a nicer sounding name haha. thanks arh mrs duck :P and please go get a tagboard! it's so inconvenient to "scold" you and i have to do it through this channel. just click on my tagboard and you will be linked to the website. and please i want to see you before i fly. i haven't seen you since my papers ended!
anyway my back is aching really badly. it's either caused by the theme park rides or the long coach ride. i don't think i'll want to go genting again via coach anytime soon. i foresee myself limping all the way to vivo and around tomorrow. i feel like an old lady.

is it so difficult to wait for a few more days? sometimes an act that seems so innocent to you may hurt another. please stop acting like a child.

and you. stop degrading yourself. you are not only doing injustice to yourself but to your parents and us. what on earth is so depressing that made you turn out this way. stop feeling pitiful for yourself; nobody owes you anything. we tried helping you, no one can say we didn't try. but you refused to be helped. you were so close to going back to Him but you gave up that chance because of who knows who. stop and turn back. it's never late.

genting trip;

Back from my first genting trip. it was quite an experience but i really couldn't stand the long bus ride- it's horrible. anyway genting is a rather cool place in the sense that you're actually admist the tall mountains and the place could even be shrouded among clouds at times! the highlight of the trip would be the theme park. the rides are definitely more exciting than those of escape theme park. what made it a different experience was that we continued taking rides even after dinner, in the dark and everywhere was shrouded in mists! imagine taking the roller coaster ride without even knowing when it will drop or turn upside down; there was also this ride in which riders are raised to high levels and the seats will suddenly fall- called space shooter over there. so when we were elevated to the top, we were actually touching the clouds! cool isn't it. and i finally know what "night life" means. the indoor theme park and shopping centre closes late at night and are always crowded with people. seriously i don't see that kind of enthusiasm in singapore. anyway there are no pictures to accompany this entry- who goes to theme park carrying cameras??!! haha :)

prom;

PROM was fun! really enjoyed myself with the havocers and 3U! gosh i'm starting to miss 3U now... ahhh. anyway there isn't really much words to describe it except fun and more fun! i hope i get the prom vcd soon haha. so here are some pictures to commemorate prom:

anyway i have something to say about this photo: since it's prom, i must be wearing heels isn't it? but notice jquek is actually slightly taller than me? how can that be? did he shoot up over the night of 4 dec? haha. the secret is... he tip-toed! doesn't look like it right! moral of the story: jquek is an expert at tip-toeing already. HAHA and jquek is really a retard. the next day after prom we were all packed and getting ready to go with the exception of jquek still lying cosily in bed and watching tv. then i started teasing him about he telling tyunn how "cute and hot he will be on prom that all the girls will fall for him" and like his usual self, jquek continued rattling. and here's the conversation that follows:

me: jquek, prom's over so wake up from dreamland.

jquek: i'm awake already larh, just that i'm lazing around in bed.

-silence for a moment around the room and eyes were staring at each other-

nicholas: jquek, what jiale means is to metaphorically stop dreaming, not literally to wake up...

-everyone bursts out laughing-

other than being a usual retard, jquek's quite a nice guy though. evidence: he remembered to get water for me even i had asked for it some time ago. so yes, that's jquek of 3U :)

outing with boon and charl;

Outing with boon and charlene today! this is actually the first time i've seen them since ages ago haha. charl and i went to thread our eyebrows at browhaus and yes it's a little painful BUT not as scary as what people made it out to be. after that we went shopping for prom stuff. seriously, it's so tiring shopping for prom! and i've been watching vcds everyday, making me even more tired. i need to do something productive. and start saving for the many overseas trips that i'll be making. not forgetting... learning to drive!
