Class dinner yesterday; for once we didn't end up in a foodcourt but at crystal jade la mien at scotts! can you believe it? our class guys have finally grown up haha. after dinner we had a good talk at lido. it really made me understand more about how others think, especially the guys. i was also really impressed with quek; he had uphold his moral values well as a christian and did not give in to peer pressure. someone posed a question about who believes in abstinence and apart from all the girls who raised their hands, the only guy who raised his hand was quek. i was quite surprised/ shocked/ disappointed that the other guys didn't but after thinking about it, i thought that perhaps it was not such a big deal. it doesn't mean that if you don't believe in abstinence means that you have a bad character (i can vouch for their good character up to date) but rather it just reflects your choice of values. i just hope that for those who believes in abstinence will stick by their belief :)
