It was fun today at Asian Aerospace 2006 with the havocers! i was so glad that we all went- it was definitely worth it. i love asian aerospace (:

packed sat;
Went to fun-o-rama at ard 3pm just because of ahwong. bong was too tired to go and charlene had odac. so i decided to be a good girl and go support ahwong and charmok haha. it was the usual kind of funfair- people, food, games. ahwong and i got a really good deal- we got to go to one of the "haunted houses" for only 3 bucks! HAHA. oh and something really funny happened inside, ahwong and i couldn't stop laughing haha.
After that, was cheryl's birthday party. and guess what? the guys dominated the tv and they were watching the soccer match between manchester united and liverpool! hmm maybe it was one match worth watching as liverpool has not won man u for 85 years; that's a really long time. tyunn also reminded me that droste would most probably be watching it as well so i decided to start learning something about soccer =p results of the match? liverpool won: 1-0. some people were happy, like aston, while some were devastated. an apt example would be tyunn- she said she needed the weekend to recuperate! haha. after that we started hanging around the staircase, all of us were like squeezing there and talking nonsense haha. things were quite funny. then we played a few games of bridge and asshole daidee which were so hilarious! i love the company at the party :)
the girls were sitting on the staircase, trying to watch the match because the guys occupied the whole living room!

valentine's day;
It's Valentine's Day! and it has been a pretty sweet day.

it was really surprsing to receive chocolates from jquek. and they were even wrapped up! what more can u expect from a guy. although we had to drop really obvious hints and we thought that he would get us those gold coins chocolates initially, we didn't expect him to get us such nice stuff. we were rather impressed with him especially... ahem. haha i shan't say it here. raymond was also nice- he gave us ferrero rocher. the atmosphere in school today was quite hyper as well. everyone was sort of in the valentine mood which i thought that was really good. it makes the school so much more fun!

dare;
Quote of the month: Love is in the air
It was rather interesting today i would say. slightly more exciting than usual thanks to my entertainment haha.
At first we were daring jane to sit among the guys and we mean that she be surrounded by guys and sit there for the entire day. then somehow or rather, the dare got directed to me! but the brave me decided to take up the "challenge" so off i went and made myself comfortable at the designated place that jane has happily chosen for me. and then tiffany and jane continued to think of even more dares. oh well for the sake of the monetary reward- shuwen, tiff, jane, kat, ziling are going to pool together haha.
When the guys came they seemed really surprise and knew that something was going on but they just played along and so i was seated between aston and jquek. it was mr quek's lesson and guess what? i had to say "qi li", "xing li", "zuo xia"! and at the "xing li" part, i had to say "stop" and go and clean the whiteboard. gosh it was really funny but surprisingly the guys were rather co-operative and stood up when i said the commands haha.
After that was gp lesson and things got even funnier! miss lim noticed the seating arrangement and asked how come i decided to mingle with the guys today. and my answer? "because love is in the air!"- thought by jane. that really triggered off a series of laughter haha.
I suppose it's this kind of nitty gritty stuff that makes school more fun and exciting :)

gaia theory;
something really funny happened during bio tutorial today. we were digressing from the topic and somehow our teacher mentioned a theory. as tiffany didn't catch it properly, she asked me what theory it was again. i then told her that it was the "kaya" theory and even did the spreading kaya action. weiqi saw and she was like, "it's not that kaya!". our teacher then wrote: "gaia" on the whiteboard. at that moment, the class burst into laughter... goodness we just couldn't stop laughing. and yes my face felt hot. haha

mr quek's visiting;
We went to mr quek's house yesterday for cny visiting and it was so fun!
First of all, mrs quek is really nice and the two of them have the couple look- so sweet!
Secondly, they prepared so much food for us! it's like mr quek treated us to his bailey irish cream which was so taste-bud satisfying. it has a slight alcoholic content though haha. there was even an almost non-stop supply of bak kwa which was heated up; it was warm and DELICIOUS. yum yum haha. we also "lao yu sheng" together and the table got messy.
Thirdly, there was mahjong. HAHA. even though i played non-stop at the RACE reunion on mon, i still couldn't resist playing more. and so jane and jquek took the opportunity to learn as well and i'll have to say that they're relatively fast learners. though jane is really funny- taking people's cards but not showing them and chenchung had to let her win her first game haha. then tiff was complaining that she hasn't won a single game so far. i also realised that some people have hidden talents for mahjong huh haha.
Finally i will say that it's the company that has made the visiting fun :)
