mozziac;

Mummy took me to a new restaurant at club street for lunch today: Mozziac. it's a really nice place. the ambience is so tranquil, the food's great and yes the service there is SUPERB. k i shall justify my stand haha. u see, they served this really nice bread which was warm, fluffy and chewy haha, and mummy and i love it so much! mummy den went to ask one of the waiter wad type of bread it was and we were told dat we could even order it in one day advance. we then thought dat perhaps one day we will order it. Surprisingly, the waiter gave us a complimentary loaf! we were like so shocked but impressed with the service at the same time. mummy then commented dat maybe he was the captain which was why he could do so but commended him for his thoughtful service nevertheless. as i had ordered a set lunch, i was served dessert but the same waiter gave mummy a serving as well! this impressed us even further and made our meal very enjoyable. this incident left me thinking that maybe service in Singapore is not that bad after all. although this could be an isolate incident, i believe that somewhere in other parts of s'pore, there will be service as good as this. recently, there has been like a big hoo-ha over the service sector. ppl are complaining that the service here is really lousy which is true for some shops but so far, i have not come across any shops with really bad service attitude. moreover, if u wish dat the places u go to offer good services, u have to make sure u have the right attitude in the first place! how do u expect ppl to serve u properly if u don't even look at them in the eye?! in all, i guess this is a 2 way traffic haha.
